resource metadata field are not correctly persisted into db

Bug Description

When oslo.versionedobject was introduced into senlin, the meta_data field of a db object was correctly translated into 'metadata' property of a Python object when deserializing from DB. However, when serializing a Python object into database, we failed to convert this field.
