Bug Description
I have a high-end MacBook Pro Retina running the latest OS X.
Yet with both Stellarium ver. 0.14 and now 0.15 the constellation art fade up / down speed cannot be changed.
Regardless of what values I use in the config.ini file, the artwork fades up / down at the same speed (about 1 sec).

This feature doesn't work properly when value for time of fade in/out read and set from config.ini file. But this feature works correct when values changed through scripts.
