Bug Description

When using the 'maas/?op=set_config' endpoint in the MAAS HTTP API, we get the response 'OK' from the POST request. It would be more helpful to return a JSON representation of the updated config. The response as it stands doesn't really help us achieve anything as it just tells us what we already know via the HTTP status code
