Bug Description

In Ubuntu 14.04 Evince always work correctly, but after upgrading to Ubuntu 16.04 the arrows of page forward and page down are greyed and do not work. I must use the tabs RePag and AvPag of the keyboard.
Is not a big problem, but after a while is a little frustrating.
Sorry for my English.

Sorry. Yes. Evince behaviour is always the same in all PDF documents in my user session.
In a guest session if i first go down with the keyboard i can go forward and go down with the arrows of page forward an page down exactly the pages i previously opened with the keyboard.
I hope you can understand despite my English.
