SM should by default point valid kickstart file if nothing is given

Bug Description
For ubuntu14-04-04 if no kickstart file is given in the json file, SM by default points to the obsolete contrail-ubuntu.ks file. This kickstart file does not have any of the latest changes and as a result SM will not work properly for certain features
