default mate theme broken (16.10, ppc)

Bug Description

The default theme seems broken. There are no spaces between the text entries in the panel. Cajas apprearance is mixed between black and white themes, Mate-Terminal is white. Seems two themes got mixed up. Hopefully I manage to attach a screenshot so this becomes more clear...
