Bug Description
kernel 4.8: Remove the limitation of the IUCV API that offers processing of messages in contiguous memory only. Implement support to handle fragmented memory by enhancing
(1) Base Linux IUCV API to support the list format (BUFLIST=YES) for SEND and RECEIVE parameters.
(2) The AF_IUCV socket code to exploit this new list format when sending large messages.
