Bug Description

Valgrind run at http://jenkins.percona.com/job/percona-server-5.5-valgrind/555/BUILD_TYPE=valgrind,Host=ubuntu-xenial-64bit/consoleText:

At line 22: Server failed to restart

The fix would be to backport wait_until_connected_again.inc from 5.7, where it has timeouts adjusted for Valgrind
