Unable to switch language on login/lock screen with shortcut keys of Alt+Shift Left

It is based on the problem of hacking lock screen with Alt+Shift shortcut keys as shown in this VDO link. => https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1610085

After upgrading the Ubuntu version from 14.04 to 16.04, with pressing Alt+Shift shortcut keys, it is not only unable to switch the languages on both first login and lock screens, but also able to hack on the lock screen.

Are you still seeing this issue after updating unity to 7.4.0+16.04.20160801.2-0ubuntu1 ? https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1605012 is supposed to have addressed the crash.
