Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

On Gutsy 7.10, trying to print or to ask preview freezes OpenOffice. I ran spadmin from a terminal and get this:

This is a fresh install of Gutsy. Before this install, the computer was also running Gutsy but from a Feisty upgrade and everything was working well. The problem appears without printer setted up (LPR) or with a printer created (cups and foomatic)

This is likely a duplicate of bug 131526, where certain GTK themes trigger OOo crashes.

What GTK theme are you using? (see "gnome-appearance-properties")
A workaround is to switch to another GTK/Gnome theme or removing the openoffice.org-gtk package.

Please report back, if you can fix your problem(s) with these workarounds (and therefor the bug is a duplicate).

Thank you.

I used the theme Crux and it crashes. I tried all others theme and all are OK. Removing openoffice.org-gnome did also the trick. This bug can be marked as a duplicate of 131526. Thanks to have pointed the right direction.

Daniel
