Bug Description

cinder-backup container creates device for remote volume to make backup of it. This is impossible without iscsid container running on the same host. We need to change inventory files

seem the newton, the cinder backup contain no need volume service.

cinder backup needs iscsi disregarding cinder-volume and its location. I also believe both should run on controllers eventually :) LVM is the only exception and is for AIO toy clusters

iscsid still does not run on storage node - missing "storage" host group in iscsi playbook

    iscsi role misses 'storage' group

    Cinder-backup containers require iscsid to mount iscsi volumes
    to backup if the volumes are on different storage host. This
    fix adds missing 'storage' group to iscsi playbook.
