Bug Description
Contrail: 3.0.2 (52, kilo/liberty)
There are multiple issue when pointing a region-2 contrail to external keystone server.
Region-1 contrail (local keystone server)
Region-2 Contrail (external keystone - region-1)
Update the keystone server in testbed.py and re run the fab commands
Observation:

1. Region-2 endpoints are not added in keystone server
As a workaround tried adding the endpoints manually, it disturbs Region-1 setup. i.e. Region-1 neutron/nova is getting redirected to region-2.
