Deployment history filter popovers are unexpectedly hidden in some cases

Bug Description

The bug is reproducible on the fake UI

Steps to reproduce:
 - create new cluster, add at least one node, deploy cluster, wait till deployment is finished
 - go to the History tab
 - choose table view mode, then you'll see the Filters button
 - click Filters button
 - click on the Task Status filter dropdown, then check the 'error' status checkbox

Expected results:
 - table results are filtered and filter popover is still clearly visible

Actual result:
 - table results are filtered, but filter popover is almost hidden (see screenshot)
