Allow sizing of displays in monitor layout

I would like to enlarge the space on the side of my primary monitor where my mouse travels to a secondary monitor.

I have a laptop on a dock to the left of my primary monitor. The dpi of my primary monitor is significantly higher than the dpi on my laptop display (4k vs 1600x900). This causes the transition space to be much smaller than the actual size of my secondary display.

I like how I can move my secondary display around in the display settings, but I would also like to be able to change its size, or do something similar by setting its dpi.
