Bug Description
At the moment, only Editbox and Multilineeditbox can be stepped through with the Tab-Key. We should expand that to allow the same for all scrollable elements, checkboxes and buttons, and for the tabs in tabpanel.
This can be implemented by adding can_focus() to the elements and then overriding the handle_key() function. There should also be some visual feedback implemented in the draw function (e.g. brightening of the background and/or outlines).
