Bug Description

I have found that on Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 with GNOME 3.20 if I go into the gnome-tweak-tool and change the GTK theme, even if I then change it back, the fonts go really strange when cursored over as shown in the screencast which I have attached (when I switch it to Adwaita, though it is less noticeable, there is still a slight darkening in the font). Though seemingly a restart of the gnome-tweak-tool means that all is well, so I don't think just the themes are causing the trouble, probably something more with gnome-tweak-tool.
