error dialog is vague when errors occur setting up sound hardware

Bug Description
Whenever something goes wrong setting up sound hardware with PortAudio, Mixxx displays an error dialog that just says "Error opening a device. An unknown error occurred." Useful debugging information from PortAudio is printed in the log. This info should be displayed in the error dialog so users do not have to open the log to have any information about what went wrong.
