Add user info about disallowed characters in filenames

Bug Description
When a user types an illegal character for a filename, the OK button is greyed out. Add some information to the user interface about illegal characters, e.g. a tooltip. The character list in the tooltip should be automatically derived from a variable to keep it in sync with the actual illegal characters.
