volume name does not get refresh when we create volume by manage volume

Bug Description
In Manage/Unmanage Volumes functionality in Admin->Volumes Panel, whenever we add an existing volume(currently not managed by OpenStack) using manage volume functionality, the volume's management is added successfully through horizon, but the name of volume remains '-' unless we refresh the page. Only after refreshing the page, the name of the newly managed volume is displayed in the row in place of '-'.
