gst-plugins-bad1.0 ftbfs on yakkety

gst-plugins-bad1.0 fails to build from source on i386 and armhf because of a problem with the android hybris support. This build was a no-change rebuild for the libwebp transition.

The previous successful build used libhybris 0.1.0+git20151016+6d424c9-0ubuntu14 and platform-api 3.0.1+16.10.20160613-0ubuntu1

Looking in config.log revealed this is a missing <stdbool.h> include in libhybris.

Both gst-plugins-bad-1.0 and aethercast build now, but...libhybris is stuck in -proposed because of unity8 autopkgtest failures...
