[Chinese] ironic-ui and sahara-dashboard translation error

The following wrong strings generate Jenkins periodic job errors:

1) zh-CN : ironic_ui/locale/djangojs
 (URL: https://translate.openstack.org/webtrans/translate?project=ironic-ui&iteration=master&localeId=zh-CN&locale=en%20#view:doc;doc:ironic_ui/locale/djangojs;error:show )

- #10; "Unable to delete node %s: %s" or #39; "{$ property.getDescription() $}"
(IMO #10 has more possibility on the error)

2) zh-CN: sahara_dashboard/locale/django
(URL: https://translate.openstack.org/webtrans/translate?project=sahara-dashboard&iteration=master&localeId=zh-CN&locale=en%20#view:doc;doc:sahara_dashboard/locale/django;error:show;changedafter:2016-07-30 )

- #50; Start Verification & Start Verifications => only 1 of 2 is translated, which cause the error
- 58; "Uptime" => Deleting unnecessary '\n' is needed
