Bug Description
Fuel 10.0
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Fuel UI
2. Press New OpenStack Environment
3. Go to Networking Setup tab
Expected results:
There is a green light near the 'Neutron with ML2 plugin' (with tooltip "The component was tested with all selected components") as well as "Neutron with VLAN segmentation" has.
Actual result:
Neutron with ML2 plugin has no green light (and it also has no warning that it was not tested with some components)
