ubuntu-kylin-wizard is a simple help guide，design for Ubuntu Kylin。It will be installed as default in Ubuntu Kylin, a Chinese flavor of Ubuntu. ubuntu-kylin-wizard provides a friendly guide when first login, and show user some basic information about launcher, dash, indicator, control center and so on.

Please improve the description. You need to add a long description which explains what the package does and why somebody might want to install it. The short description should be something like "setup wizard for Ubuntu Kylin".
