[api] Document query options for GET /projects

The following query options are missing from the GET /projects API site

parents_as_list (key-only, no value expected)
subtree_as_list (key-only, no value expected)
parents_as_ids (key-only, no value expected)
subtree_as_ids (key-only, no value expected)

They are already documented in the specs repo:

    Add the following query options to the api-ref:
