Bug Description
StelProperty introduced strange behaviour of the GUI panel in the Oculars plugin. When you switch any device to any other one then the button stays in the enabled mode. Seems StelProperty system was applyed not fully correct in the plugin.

Not sure what you see? I switch ocular on, button turns white. I add crosshair, two buttons are white (ocular+cross). I switch to Telrad, Telrad circles are bright, ocular circle is dark, crosshair button hidden. Same with sensor box. Tool button is bright only when options dialog shown. (0.15.0, Win7/NVidia)
