usplash progress bar should go backwards during uswsusp suspend

Bug Description
Binary package hint: uswsusp
When you shutdown your *buntu computer, the usplash progress bar goes backwards. In the current usplash patch for uswsusp (I took the one from bug 114688), however, the progress bar goes forward both when suspending and resuming.
I have "patched the patch" to fix this (I.E. so it goes backwards on suspend and forward on resume), and I have used it on my laptop for a while without any problems.
I will attach my patch (debdiff) here, but note that I'm no wizard in neither C or deb packaging, so I don't know if my solution follows all syntax recommendations, etc. In other words, the patch works fine for me, but it might be ugly. I changed less than 15 lines, though...

In the supported versions Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, 11.10 and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS this is still not true any more. This has been fixed.
