Bug Description

Enviroment: Trusty 14.04.5 /Ubuntu Desktop amd64 / version 20160802
Precondtions: Run iso through kvm

Description: On "Preparion to install Ubuntu" screen the upper indicator does not show whether the laptop is connected or not to a power source(connect/disconnect it does not cause any changes)

Actual result: Installation does not check if the laptop is connected or not to a power source, so it won't advice the user if battery is running out.

Expected result: Battery level should be shown or a pop-up should remember the user to have it connected during the installation.
