Bug Description

test_router_interface_status checks router interface's status.
in case of midonet, the status is never updated.

devstackgaterc: Skip test_router_interface_status for ML2

    We currently never update status of purely logical ports
    (in MidoNet term, interior ports) like router interfaces.
    It ought to be fixed, but in case of ML2 it needs some mechanism
    in ML2 driver api. [1]
    For now, just skip the relevant test.
