[UX, enhancement] UI does not allow for tag management

Bug Description
The UI should allow the user to create and delete tags. This should include tag definition management. Currently all this is only possible via the CLI. The fact that the user must access the UI to view lshw node data in order to create a definition with the CLI is especially backwards. I propose a 'Tags' tab at the top.
