Bug Description

The following are a list of questions/issues with the content. All sourced from here: https://github.com/osic/ref-impl/blob/master/documents/osic-deploy/osic-provisioning.rst

Section: Manually provisioning the deployment host
1. Step 1- "Download a modified Ubuntu Server 14.04.3 ISO" - this is fairly specific. Are you able to use any other version? Could we have some more insight into why we have to use the modified version? Why do we need those specific tools? If we're going to have this in the community, my best recommendation is to make this as general as possible.

2. Step 2 (i) - "Log in with the credentials provided." credentials provided from where?
3. Step 3 - "Deselect or remove the Ubuntu ISO..." this step is very vague? Are we meant to just deselect it or completely remove it?
4. Step 8 - "Refer to your onboarding email to find the PXE network information." - as per the other bug, this should be removed to be put into the community properly.
5. "the Preseed file is downloaded" - is this an automatic download?

Section: Updating the Linux kernel
1. "After provisioning the deployment host, connect to it using SSH." - the document doesn't have an audience, but so far seems like it is for very junior novices. Should this document go through the process of how to SSH?
2. "Download a pre-packaged LXC container" - where are we downloading this from?
3. Step 3 "note" - "Your individual IP addresses and ports will differ from the ones below." - what should the users look like? I would not recommend including an example that looks *nothing* like the one that is in the docs. Maybe change the IP addresses and ports to be XXXX or something vague?
