Bug Description
How it works actually :
Open a link from an app (example : browser, Shorts) to an other one (Youtube, Document viewer, OMG Ubuntu, ...)
If the destination app is already active --> the link open correctly
If the destination app is not already active/open --> the link does not open correctly --> the destination app open on default page (You have to go back to first application and open the link again)
How it should work :
If the destination app is already active --> the link open correctly
If the destination app is not already active/open --> the destination app is launched and then the link open correctly

I noticed this behaviour with Document Viewer. When I try to open a pdf or an excel file from the web browser, Document viewer just opens without loading the file. If it was already open, it loads the file. But I didn't find the same issue while trying to open an image file in Gallery app from the browser.
