When screen is locked and I receive an IM, X freezes

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kscreensaver

When I lock the screen using the screen applet, and I receive an IM via Pidgin while the screen is locked (and displaying the screensaver), KDE shows my desktop, and freezes. I have to restart X with ctrl alt bksp.
