Gather some usage stats. Cleanup rarely-used features.

Variety has been gaining new features since its start, but almost no features have ever been removed. It's due time for a cleanup.

As a first step in this cleanup, we should gather some useful usage stats. While Variety notifies it is reporting anonymous usage stats and there is the setting to turn this off, no actual stats reporting is happening yet. This keeps us in the dark as to which features are actually used and which - not.

Some likely candidates are:

1. Setting/filtering by EXIF rating
2. ImageMagick effects/filters
3. Filtering by specific color
4. Being able to configure download interval as opposed to just downloading automatically on demand
5. Support for Panoramio
6. Copy vs. Move to Favorites - Copy alone should be enough
7. Manual downloading
8. Facebook sharing from the client (can be implemented as a feature of VRTY.ORG)

I'm assuming this is a wontfix since all the VRTY.org stuff was dropped in 0.6.8.
