Video will not play from Media Player after OTA 12 Meizu Pro 5

After OTA 12 update I cannot get Media Player to play any videos I have downloaded that could play previously. I have attached a screenshot of the error I receive everytime I attempt to play a video.

@vince: If you could please do a fresh reboot, then try and play one of these videos via mediaplayer-app and then finally attach your media-hub.log file to this bug, that would greatly help. You can find the media-hub.log at /home/phablet/.cache/upstart/media-hub.log

Sorry it took so long to get back to you but I tore my achilles and my priorities were in getting healthy which will be taking a long time. Anyway, what exactly do you mean by a "fresh reboot"?. Do you mean wipe everything ? Please let me know when you get the chance.

Hello again. I tried to get the media-hub.log file but I received a message that there are no applications installed that can handle this type of application. I'm sorry to keep bothering you but what should I do next?

@Vince: try pulling it to your local desktop machine via adb:

adb pull /home/phablet/.cache/upstart/media-hub.log .

Then attach that to this bug report. Thanks!

@Jim: I thought maybe OTA 13 would fix the issue but it is still there. I am attaching the media-hub log. I hope you can help me figure this out.
