Bug Description
No touchpad settings app is installed by default on a machine with a touchpad (in this case a 2008 Macbook with Lubuntu 16.04 64-bit). The default settings are intolerable and I have to search all over the web to figure out how to fix them. This will make the distro unusable to a user who isn't well-versed with Linux.
ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.04
Package: lubuntu-desktop 0.65.1
ProcVersionSign
Uname: Linux 4.4.0-31-generic x86_64
NonfreeKernelMo
ApportVersion: 2.20.1-0ubuntu2.1

UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install)
I have one more question about this bug are you asking for a graphical application to adjust touchpad settings to be included by default to make it easier for new users? On lubuntu for touchpad settings I know only the default command line synclient is installed.
