After a bit of observation i found out that the wingpanel keeps my CPU at 100% during this freeze and it can be fixed only by opening gnomy-system-monitor and end the process.

One way i did to reproduce is to open VirtualBox, and use a vm in fullscreen mode. Generally after that or a time using in fullscreen, the bar freezes (holds the same date and time, don't let me to open the app selector/launcher --but sill opening with cmd+space--... none of the buttons responds) and consumes the 100% of any of the cores. Openend gnome-system-monitor to kill wingpanel.
