[Clearwater] ellis is not available after deployment

Bug Description

Detailed bug description:
After deployment Clearwater you should use ellis to create an user to make a call using this app. But ellis is not available by ip after deployment.

Steps to reproduce:
1) import Clearwater from a.o.o. and deploy it
2) after deployment find ellis ip in the latest deployment logs
3) go to ellis using ellis ip

Expected result:
ellis is available by ip

Actual result:
ellis is not available by ip

Reproducibility:
Always
