Bug Description
This fixes some issues with go projects.
We need a corresponding no change rebuild for nuntium, ciborium, ubuntu-push, usensord, account-polld, pay-service
It was suggested to perhaps backport just specific fixes
Also verified that MMS issues are fixed in Xenial.
