Scroling in the scope goes untill the end of the page

Bug Description
Hey,
I use M10 FHD tablet with OTA-12 and sometimes I use it with mouse. When I scroll it down in my home scope it automatically goes untill the end of the scope. So if I need an app that is in the middle of the list, I have to click, hold and move mouse.
It could be like that if I scroll it a little bit, it goes down just a bit.
