Bug Description
After creating a VPN there is no way to edit the configuration. Both left and right click try to connect to the VPN, and while there is a settings button, it's insensitive.
There should be an edit button next to the trash can icon, or in the list actions.

We talked a little bit about this on Slack, it is also an issue within wifi page, a redesign will be needed to present a way to edit the settings of each row.
