Expected behaviour:
you can install 32bit lsb libraries on Ubuntu 16.04 x86_64

Observed behaviour:
installation fails

Reproduction:
Setup Ubuntu 16.04 x86_64
run "sudo apt install lsb-core:i386"
>>> dependency alien:i386 is not installable

reassigning bug to Alien. Issue was noted on lsb-core:i386 install, but it is Alien that has the issue.
