[SWARM][6.1] Centos tests failed because of package kernel conflicts

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create CentOS env
2) Add 3 controller-mongo nodes and 2 compute-ceph-osd
3) Deploy cluster

Expected results: deployment success

Actual result: deployment fail

Reproducibility: all time

It conflicts with MOS version of kernel - kernel-2.6.32-504.1.3.el6.mos61.x86_64

We deliver only Critical/Security fixes to MOS7.0, MOS8.0.
We deliver only High/Critical/Security fixes to MOS9.2.
