16.10 + proposed / libertine 1.3+16.
Installing Nautilus adds 2 "Files" icons to Xapps scope but only one is clickable (see attachment)
create container, install nautilus, see in Xapps scope, try to click on both

I can confirm this happens, but it's something in libertine-scope and/or ubuntu-app-launch that allows both icons to show. We will need to investigate why there are 2 icons and perhaps we need to account for a difference.
