Glance image doesnt get deleted in sanity check

Bug Description

In the Glance sanity check, we create an image to make sure Glance is running correctly but forget to delete the image.

    Clean up Glance image after sanity check

    The sanity check creates an image that needs to be
    deleted after in order for the sanity check to
    pass so that we complete deployment with a clean
    enviroment.
