"you must have a tty to run sudo" when running get-occ-config.sh

When using the deployed-server environment and running the get-occ-config.sh script to remotely configure os-collect-config on the deployed-servers, it will sometimes fail with the error "you must have a tty to run sudo" depending on how the script got executed (background, etc).

    Force a tty for sudo in get-occ-config.sh

    This script will sometimes fail with "you must have a tty to run sudo"
    depending on how it was executed. Add -tt to the $SSH_OPTIONS to always
    force a tty.
