Bug Description
Step:
1. Set the volume to maximum with no headphone plugged.
2. Set the volume to zero with headphone plugged.
3. Unplug the headphone.
Expected result:
* The notify-OSD should show the current volume level.
Actual result:
* In step 3, you will see that the notify-OSD shows the volume has been set to zero instead of maximum, vice versa when plugging the headsets.
