tripleo-ci multinode: logs POST_FAILURE with "symlink has no referent"

If multinode jobs fail before the overcloud deployment has started
on the subnodes, the jobs fail to post any logs.

Looks like the error is from ansible when it tries to post the logs and it won't rsync symlinks:
