Test failed on step run OSTF tests with 3 failed tests:
Error Message

Failed 3 OSTF tests; should fail 0 tests. Names of failed tests:
  - Check network connectivity from instance via floating IP (failure) Subnet can not be deleted Please refer to OpenStack logs for more details.
  - Launch instance with file injection (failure) Execution command on Instance fails with unexpected result. Please refer to OpenStack logs for more details.
  - Launch instance, create snapshot, launch instance from snapshot (error)

During debug session only one of ostf tests was failed repeatedly:
- Launch instance with file injection (failure)

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Terminate mysql
  2. Wait while it is being restarted
  3. Verify it is restarted
  4. Go to another controller
  5. Run OSTF

Expected results:
all steps passed

Actual result:
