Battery not recognized on HP Pavilion Detachable X2 10-N123NF

Bug Description

After a clean install of xenial on HP Pavilion Detachable X2 10-N123NF, the battery is not "seen" at all.

It doesn't appear in Ubuntu's "energy" tab.

Nothing to do with acpi-support. Reassigning to upower, which is at least closer to the right place.
