Ubuntu Silo Installer should not be available in the regular store

Bug Description

Even though the Ubuntu Silo Installer app (https://uappexplorer.com/app/ubuntu-silo-installer.fboucault) shows a very clear warning message on first start some users might ignore it and accidentally break their installation by filling up their root partition (please refer to #1600582).
In my opinion, it might be worth considering not to distribute this app through the official store as "regular users" wouldn't need it anyway.

What next?: "Maybe lets prevent switching tablet on, because stupid monkeys can use the computer not as it meant to be used". Oh come on, I would not think so bad about Ubuntu users. It is enough we have whole life overtaking unnecessary overpreventive government regulations. That sounds like real disaster to apply same rotten model to the linux community.

I forgot to add, The better effect would be to inform what this Ubuntu Silo is. The same as in real life: it is better to inform community about issues than ban everything around.
